The Laboratory for Nano and Micro Photonics (LaNMP) at Queens College
of CUNY has the following facilities:
- A class 1000 cleanroom for nano/micro-fabrication
This fabrication facility houses the following equipment:
- Reactive ion etcher (RIE). (Plasmatherm system)
